Terms and Conditions

These rules form a binding agreement between the platform and every registered player. Creating an account means you have read the document and accept all 9 sections below. Players who disagree with any clause should not register or should close the account.

1. General Provisions

2. Account Rules

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

4. Bonus Terms

All promotional offers carry a wagering requirement of x40 unless stated otherwise, completed within 7 days. Only pokies count toward the turnover, while table and live games are excluded. One bonus works at a time, and the maximum bet during wagering follows the limit named in each offer.

5. Verification

A document check confirms identity, age and payment ownership before the first cashout. Players upload a photo ID and a proof of address, and the review finishes within 24 hours. Accounts that fail verification or submit altered documents face suspension until the case is resolved.

6. Prohibited Actions

1. Using bots, scripts or any software that automates play or exploits game errors.
2. Creating duplicate profiles to claim welcome offers more than once.
3. Colluding with other players in live tables or tournaments.
4. Attempting chargebacks on completed deposits instead of contacting support first.
5. Providing false data at registration or during document checks.

Any action from this list leads to account suspension, and confirmed abuse ends with closure and forfeiture of bonus funds under licensing procedures.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Liability

Games run on certified RNG software, and results stay final once a round completes. The platform does not cover losses caused by internet failures on the player side or by ignoring the published rules. 9. Account Closure

Players may close the account at any moment through the live chat, with the remaining balance paid out after a standard review. The platform may suspend profiles that break these terms, giving written notice by email. Inactive accounts with no logins for 12 months may be archived after a warning.
